The World Order Manifesto
A brief program for a better administered planet.
Article I: Administrative Calm
The Clifton administration rejects needless procedural drama. Forms shall be shorter, offices shall be calmer, and every public interaction shall occur under conditions that preserve dignity, speed, and a faint but unmistakable sense of hierarchy.
Article II: Competence as Policy
Under the new order, incompetence will no longer hide behind committee language. Every department will be expected to function as though someone important might actually notice the outcome.
Article III: Beauty, Permanence, and Trim
Public architecture should communicate confidence, proportion, and durability. The era of municipal disappointment disguised as design innovation shall be reviewed sternly and, where necessary, corrected.
Article IV: Civilized Conduct
Manners, punctuality, and legible writing will be encouraged in all provinces. Repeated offenses may lead to reassignment, retraining, or seating near the back at ceremonial functions.
